Business Credit Card lines Lesson 1
How to set up your business correctly without spending a ton of money on business credit service firms.
The first step is to become incorporated in respective state you will conduct business in. Due to the tax benefits and personal liability issues, I would recommend this option. I will get into this topic later. S Corp, LLC VS C Corp
Next the paper work begins. You will think of a name and conduct a Business name search. Contact the Secretary of State web site and search the database of names. Once you selected a name. Summit a request to reserve the name of your business that was selected. This process takes several weeks, to hear anything back from the State so stay cool. If your Business name has been taken you will be advised so " always have a second choice just in case the first name has been selected".
During the waiting period Check the fees that are required for the application.
Now the name verification has come back all clear and its time for you to summit the application. Make sure all lines have been filled out correctly because the Secretary of State will reject the application along with Articles of Incorporation. I will get into this topic later.
Contact the city your business is located in and summit a request for a fictitious Business name. Use the same name you selected for your corporation. Most likely all that will be required in this step will be an application, fees and a newspaper ad.
I know what you are saying what does this have to do with Business Credit, Business loans and business credit cards. Well it has a lot to do with it. You must crawl before you can walk and spend. So be cool and once we get into the next lessons it all will make sense.
You have just completed the Business Credit Card lines Basics Lesson 1
Thanks,

Business Credit Cards
After lesson 3. I will provide a list of mid level businesses. When you get to this level do not apply of these cards until you have had the net 30 accounts for a few months. This is so you can establish a pattern of making payment on time. Please review Business Credit Card lesson 2 for further information on this topic.
I did not provide links to the businesses because I did not want all of you to think, I was getting paid as an affiliate on the list provided. This list has over 100 businesses and it took me years to compile it. At first I was thinking i should write a book an sell the information. But thats when i started to think back, way back in the day. I would stay up all night looking for information on business credit. And all of the web sites that i visited wanted me to buy the info or sign up for a newsletter. This drove me out of my mind.
So this blog is design to give new businesses the tools needed to obtain credit. The correct way. The only thing I ask you to do is pass the information on to others.
